Why Naka

A ride connects two people. The platform has to work for both.

Riders need a clear way to request transportation and understand the journey. Drivers need useful ride information and an understandable relationship with the platform. Naka is building the products and marketplace systems with both experiences in view.

For riders

A clear path from request to completed ride.

Naka is designing a rider product for requesting transportation, connecting with a driver, following the ride, and finding support. Reliability and safety are being considered as the product is developed.

For drivers

A driver product with understandable platform access.

Naka is designing the driver experience around ride opportunities, journey information, account state, safety, and support. An important part of the model being developed is subscription-based access to the platform.
